I'm Daniela Walker — a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington, serving the Portland metro for 8 years. Originally from Bulgaria, I've lived in Dubai and England before making the Pacific Northwest my permanent home. Washington has no state income tax, which can add up to meaningful savings depending on your income. Camas in particular has excellent schools, a beautiful setting, and is close to Portland. Oregon, on the other hand, has no sales tax. The right choice depends on your income, lifestyle, and where you work. I can break down both sides in a consultation.
